SCA CHESS ACADEMY
Our academy
SCA Chess Academy was founded in Shanghai in 2015. With campuses in Hongqiao and Jinqiao, we work with families and international school communities to support young learners through chess.
Our approach combines professional coaching, structured learning and a positive chess culture. Students build their understanding through lessons, puzzles, games and reflection. We help them learn to focus, think independently, respond to setbacks and approach challenges with confidence.
We believe that progress should be understandable for both children and parents. By getting to know each learner, offering feedback and identifying suitable next steps, we help families build a consistent learning rhythm and a lasting interest in chess.
