Robert Krzesaj
Robert is SCA's co-founder and a chess coach from Poland. He holds the FIDE Master playing title and the FIDE Trainer coaching qualification, and has coached since 2009. His background combines competitive chess, team leadership and experience guiding young learners.
His teaching encourages students to think carefully, practice patience and keep learning after setbacks. He values trust, collaboration and mutual respect, helping students develop resilience and a lasting interest in chess.
